1. About Our Platform

CoinGrowth is a coin-based social media growth platform. Users can:

• Earn coins by watching ads, completing tasks, and referring friends
• Spend coins to grow their social media presence (subscribers, views, likes, comments, watch time, shares)
• Create tasks for other users to complete in exchange for coins
• Purchase coins via payment methods (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer)
• Use additional digital tools available on the platform

We currently support YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and more platforms will be added in the future.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Coins System

3.1 Earning Coins

• Coins can be earned by watching ads, completing tasks, referring users, or purchasing them
• Coin rewards are subject to change at any time
• Fraudulent activity to earn coins (bots, fake accounts, VPNs to bypass limits) will result in account suspension

3.2 Spending Coins

• Coins spent on orders are non-refundable once the order is processed
• Coins locked in tasks will be refunded if you cancel the task (minus completed slots)
• Coins have no monetary value outside of this platform
• Coins cannot be transferred to other users or withdrawn as cash

3.3 Purchased Coins

• Coin purchases are processed manually by admin after payment verification
• Provide accurate transaction details when submitting payment
• Fraudulent payment submissions will result in permanent account ban
• Purchased coins are non-refundable

4. Tasks

• Task creators must provide valid links to their own social media content
• You may not create tasks pointing to content you do not own
• Task workers must genuinely complete the task — fake submissions will be rejected
• Admin decisions on task approvals are final
• Submitting false proof screenshots is grounds for account suspension

5. Social Media Platform Rules

Our platform operates as an independent coin marketplace. We are not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.

• Use our services at your own risk — some social media platforms may have policies against artificial growth
• Never share your social media passwords with us or anyone on this platform
• We only use public links and publicly available data
• We are not responsible for any action taken by social media platforms against your accounts

6. Digital Tools

Our platform provides and will continue to add various digital tools. By using these tools:

• You agree to use them only for lawful purposes
• You will not use any tool to harass, spam, or harm others
• Tools like SMS utilities must only be used on numbers you own or have explicit permission to use
• Misuse of any tool is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities

7. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins or complete tasks
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or task system
• Submit fake payment proofs
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our platform
• Upload malicious files or content
• Impersonate other users or our staff
• Use our platform for any illegal activity
• Harass or abuse other users

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 months

Upon termination, all coins and pending orders are forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from using our growth services
• That social media platforms will not remove artificially gained followers/views

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinGrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of coins, loss of social media accounts, or any other losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of major changes via email or platform notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
